:D  Thats why i love mud-club when ever we meet up at events theres no clickyness or s******g off, everyone gets on together really well. And on the forum as well, if you have a problem theres always some one too help with freindly advice. :D

Its a pity  some clubs arent the same.

I've heard so much about how clicky the landy club is that meets in menai bridge that I haven't bothered going .

A mate of mine has a garage and has built a smart winch challenge car and has gone to all their events even sponcered stuff for they and still nobody will give him the time of day so he's given up with them and has been brousing this site with a view to signing up .Likes the idea of playdays where the hardend can meet with the novice and teach each other a few tricks while keeping in all down to earth and friendly .. :D  :D

Stormin:
I'm mem sec for North Lakes 4x4 Club. (Plug, Plug)  An all makes club and clicky we ain't. 8)  All welcome.  :D  I'm also a member of a national Land Rover club, BUT!

Vam:
Hey, if you think 4x4 clubs can be clicky, try turning up as a newbie at a mother and toddler group.

Now those women are SCAREY!!!!!!!

--- Quote from: "MUSKIE" ---that brings me to another issue "clubs" they are so clicky, my local one is ENLROC (EAST NORTHANTS) i was a member a few years ago but was always treated like an outsider.

It was the same for me with the 'Yorkshire Rover Owners Club' a few years ago.
I did, however, go to a 'Pennine Land Rover Club' CCV at one point (in between the 2A & the 110) up near Sowerby Bridge & got a lift by a complete stranger in a 90 pick-up for 2miles down the access track to the site.

Now that was an act of kindness I still remember after all this time
