Suffolk Rover Rescue are on standby from 1655 today for 48 hours.
No 1 son left Aldeburgh around 9 and the police were doing door to door in certain areas.
No 2 son text me about 2230 (high water) to say the river had overtopped, so I think the threat is quite real!

..i`ve just heard that safari snorkles have sold out in the suffolk area. (sorry couldnt resist that!)

hope that things arent as bad as predicted, the news earlier made it sound like a tsunami was on its way! :shock:
