Pulling out a bull bar... !?

Someone last night while we was shopping, pulled up in the space in front of us and stalled or something, just smacked in to us, reshaped his transit and pushed in one side of the bull bar on ours. How hard is it and how can I pull it out? I've tryed to tug it but theres no way I'm moving it a wee bit at all.  :?

get someone in front with a winch and winch it out again

i got a friend with a 110 and a chain.  :(scared): pulled gently bit at a time. didn't look too bad when we had finished. :(shades):

Tie it to a substantial tree and back away in low box.
