200TDi fuel & pump tweaks..
« on: October 25, 2007, 01:42:00 »
sorry for the stupid question, but can someone point me to the how to guide for 200tdi tuning please?

....tried looking and i`m probly just not seeing it for looking!

soon to be fitting a newly cleaned intercooler, and thought i`d go the whole hog..
.....and get it to finish off the clutch, so i can get permission for a new gearbox (whilst the clutch is been done) off SWMBO  heheh

i remeber tinkering with my `94 fourtrak and it made a phenominal difference! (also utterly killed the clutch)

anyway, as above!

much apprechiatred

and about half an hour later....

****VERY BIG GRIN****

after driving the pickup for the last year i got into the disco and thought it was quick.... i`ve done the tinkering as described..... and was pleasantly surprised by the result... once that snail thingy spins up it moves! and the exhust has that lovely jet-engine like tone on high revs!

....just like the fourtrak did, hope the clutch holds out!  :D

very pleased!
clean intercooler to fit next, and that will do me engine wise (well rocker gasket to do, a clean.... thats it for now!) 8)  :D

follow the muddy blue blur! :D
