go to an engineering suplies, and get a good conti, or someting, should only be about 3 or 4 quid tops, so dont buy a crap jap reformed flipflop type as supplied on sealey clark etc, as they literaly fall apart to dust.

Dr Evil:
Try BSL or Wyko in the yellow pages, or any bearing/seal supplier. Failing that look at RS Components or Cromwell on the web.
