Range Rover w reg P38 4.6 HSE

Just been converted to gas. Its acting a little sluggish and the garage that fitted it said it may need a couple of weeks to settle.

Are the talking Male Cow?

Also I don't suppose anyone knows where to get a resonably priced removable tow hitch from?

Hi rich, The gas system should run perfect from the outset. although you may experience a slight loss of power but TBH you'd only ever notice at full throttle.

As the pressure reducer diagfragm runs it it will soften and this effect the mixture on draw through systems and the pressure of the gas on multipoint, but on the latter I wouldn't expect it to make any difference as the engine ECU will be re-tuning all the time.
