L90OOK:
Bought another bottle of Old Pulteney just to make sure I still like it :D

Duckhunter:
If, like me, you like the Islay malts - then try the blend Black Bottle, it's a blend of Islay malts and is a great drinkin' whisky.

shaun and co:
nobody's mentioned bushmills yet? is it just me but i think its a lot smoother and more drinkable than scotch. jd is one that ive tried to like many times but still cant get on with it :(

chimo:

Lord Shagg-Pyle:
A couple of years ago, my brother went to Alabama on business and brought me back a jar of 'moonshine' and some chewing tobacco. The shine was very interesting and I swear that I could have run my car on it. Quite an aquired taste, which needless to say I aquired quite quickly :D
As for the chewing baccy :-& Never again!
I know it is not a whisky, but my favourite spirit is Pussers Navy Rum. When I was a young teen, my dear father (RIP), an ex matlow, thought it would be a good idea to give me a shot of that to get rid of the sore throat I had. It got rid of it, it also broke my voice and I was talking like Barry White for a fortnight!
