Whisky, whisky...

...so good they named it twice.

Since going to Norway this summer I have a new found taste for whisky.
Now, I have drunk my fair share & more but never really liked whisky...especially having been very ill on it on my 18th birthday.  However, I gave a bottle of Old Pulteney to a friend in Norway for his 60th birthday & shared a few tipples.  Now...I still don't like allot of whiskies but love Old Pulteney & can happily drink a few others...
Can anyone recommend so others I should try?

can't beat abit of jack danials on ice 8)

L90OOK:
Why dilute a perfectly good drink...just add more  :D

thermidorthelobster:
Ah, but adding water brings out the flavours...  We stayed in a distillery near Aberdeen a few years ago (before I gave up alcohol) and they convinced me of the idea of mixing water with your whisky.

The only downside is, if it's a yuck whisky, it lasts even longer with water :x

L90OOK:
Hmmm...sounds like the scots way of making a drink last longer    8-[
