How long does your TDi take to heat up?

I have a trickle of heat coming from the vents after 5 mins and at 15mins it's at full heat melt down

mines warm normaly after about 5 mins and then in 10 mins its like the inside of a nuke reactor  :wink:  so i hafta open the window hehehehe

Range Rover Blues:
To be fair the soft dash RRC heats up much better than the hard-dash and the TDi is not that horrible a place to be in the winter.  Trouble is if you aren't driving ie stuck in traffic then the engine just doesn't produce enough heat to keep up with the heater.  My Cavalier was the same though :roll:

I times it today on the way to work, it took 0.9 miles for heat to start coming through the vents, by 2.3 miles I was nice and cosey  8)

2 miles from Llanberis to the end of the bends  8)

I don't switch the fan on until I hit the bangor junction at the end of the lake by then it's warm. 8)
