Range Rover Blues:
Better to use new oil, less free fatty acids which are bad news.

A blend of Kerosene, Veg oil and derv is a good substitute this time of year, veg oil can be a probelm in a cold engine, it condenses and gets past the rings into the oil.

so in other words is use it any time accept winter :lol:

Range Rover Blues:
Use less during the winter certainly.
