Here's a link to help you with the running of your D90, The website is for the Ginetta G33 but it has got a shed load of info on the Rover V8 and lucas injection system, including the proper lucas diagnostic sheets. With those it's possible to test every part of the injection system from the ecu multiplug with a mutimeter. http://www.g33.co.uk/fuel_injection.htm

Still sitting down after being told how much a new Air Flow Meter cost’s!!!
Apparently I need a ‘Lucas 2AM Air Flow Meter’ (flapper – with the curved back for 3.5L V8 EFI Petrol, Less Catalyst), part number ERC 9127.
Had a quick look on ebay, but couldn’t see the same one? Any ideas?

Just sent them an email. How does there 'Exchange' work as I still need to drive the vehicle to work (do I send mine off, then they send me one?).
