Chris Putt:
Cheers guys, will go back to the workshops either later or tomorrow and play with it some more. May have to find some more people as a 'shoving team'!!!

Terranosaurus:
Put the box in gear then using the prop you can turn the gearbox over in case the splines aren't in alignment, which can make life easier.
Disco-Ron:
I ended up putting a ratchet strap around the bellhousing and the front of the engine, and at least that way you can hold pressure on it without bustin a blood vessel.....!!
Jas278:
Make a couple of Dummy studs( Bolts with heads cut off) screw them into the back of the engine , there you have 2 long locating dowels to help mate them together....
Chris Putt:
Its in! Its in!
For some reason it went in in about 30 mins tonight, one person wobbling it through the transmission tunnel, one kicking it whilst hanging off the rear axle and one lubrications executive/gearbox abuse director it all decided to fit! Yey!
Just got to put the props back on, exhaust, and interior then bob is your mothers brother!!!
