Hi my Old SJ used to look like this it never made it to a MOT so i don't know how legal it would of been but this is what it used to look like.

If I fitted a reverse light on the boot and a fog light in the usual place would this setup pass a MOT
Thanks,
      Baz

hi baz
yes it shud pass an mot with at least the fog light fitted to the driverside
no need to fit a reversing light thou as its not part of the mot
id personaly move ur lights to ur tailgate save any broken bits when playing

Yeah i suppose that would work might even soften my roll when i go over. I thought about mounting it in the boot under my waffles that sit on the arches but its too wide.
Thanks,

dont know if this will help at all but,,

hi,baz.this is how i did mine and the mot was fine, but he did say the fog light was only just legal as it can be no higher than a meter from the floor.
