Disco 200tdi lift???

<< < (2/5) > >>

Sharpshooter:
If i fitted a 1.5 inch kit, would i be able to keep my original de-carbon dampers. Also would i still be able to fit 265 75 16 insa dakars. Or would it be too tight? :) Cheers.

Range Rover Blues:
If the DeCarbons wer standard length then they may limit travel once you have lifted the car.  I like to go for a longer damper stretch than lift is possible, so I'd go for plus 2".  These will fit a standard car and not bottom out, I check very carefully before I fitted plus 2" ProComp to my LSE with air suspension.

Sharpshooter:
So, if i go for a britpart super gas setup. Will i need to modify the castor angle, or will i get away with it? Also, will 265 75 16 insa dakars fit without any cutting? :) Cheers.

Range Rover Blues:
It's a case of suck it and see.  If you really hate the way it drives once it's lifted then you need to start saving for the rest of the bits.  If you get on with it ok then you don't.

AbyssDJ:
dont forget that if you do fit standard length dampers with a +2" lift, you can just fit -2" shock mounts and turrets ;)
