Oh just remembered its also 15mm towards the radius arms which obviously reduces turning circle unless wheel offset is changed.

you will have to cut the rear of the rear wheel arch (as pic^) front bumper end cap and if it's a five door there is a lip at the top of the rear arch that they catch on, and depending on what offset you may have to flatten the rear of the front arch.

Range Rover Blues:
Another option is to unbolt the lower wing securing bolt and extend the bracket it's attached to, this bring the bottom of the wing out of harm's way and stops muck going up the side windows quite so much.  You can so this at both ends.

....the brakets tend to disintegrate in time anyway.
