Will fitting 265/75's instead of 235/85 alter anything?

I know the rolling circumference is about the same , but will fitting these wider tyres alter anything else like turning circle?
And will the 265's fit on boost alloys?

itll just alter your steering lock and thats pretty much it
yes they will fit on the boost allys
