Drilling out a barrel lock

If it makes you feel any better I lost the keys to my old 200tdi (no spare, clever eh?) broke into it with a metal rule (frighteningly easy) broke the ignition and swapped all the locks over from my range rover. Found the keys 3 weeks later in my sock drawer, my 3 year old Joseph put them there, what a little star.
