Northern tools

(1/2) > >>

blueboy:
Morning folk's have any of you bought tool's from this company, and if you have are they any good for occasional use or just crap.
I know you get what you pay for but i can't justify paying big money for tool's that only get used from time to time.Plus i'm a tight scotsman.

Daz800:
dont buy cheap tools, they break, snap or bend the first time you use them and in the long run thy cost you more.
buy "good" stuff ( silverline spanners are very good).

Bulli:
i couldnt agree more, my personal fave are Halfords. They arent too silly money and you can buy a box with nearly everything you will need in for less than a ton.

waveydavey:
Normally I would agree but it depends on what you want:

If it might damage the job don't go cheap but many things they will do the job at a fraction of the price and you don't need them to last long to pay their way.

Evilgoat:
Nother vote for Halfords here, but in this case, the professional range stuff. Has the cheap stuff come apart before (sockets seem to be made out of toffee) Never had any of the profession range stuff I have now let me down.
