No oil Presure Help updated update and aarrrrrrr

Oh just great took the dissy out and guess what. The shaft has snapped just below the gear so it as new dissy time. Just what i really needed. Thanks for you help chaps. And dont ask me why i never took the dissy out in the first place :roll: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

If you are truely up the creek trying to find a dizzy then I have one I can take off and lend you.

At one time Martins Motors near Droitwich had dizzies on offer www.mm4x4.com but don't about now.
Come on why would you check to see if your dizzie shaft had snapped!

It does say you need to remove the dissy when removing the oil pump in the rave cd. but as i was just taking off the bottom cover of the pump i didn't remove the dissy. :roll:

S'pose but I doubt that I'd have thought of checking if I'd lost all oil pressure.
Got any prices for a replacement yet?
mm4x4 want £126 for a new dizzie but I bet you need to add VAT etc! Locally I expect I could find someone who might get parts to repair it. The shaft fits on quite easily I think.
