265/70's onto a standard disco?

Your disco looks like a fairlly clean and presentable example. Out of interest, why are you getting a rangie?

Bodywork is very tidy its just bits of welding which will need doing if i turn it into a serious off roader.

I loved my last rangie so im after another which ill end up bob tailing. :)

265/70  16 will fit with a trim to the rear, and trim the plastic under the front bumper. No need for a lift.

Surelly you would need steels for their offset. Alloys would just grind against the radius arms unless you had a steering lock like the titanic!

Modulars do help a bit.
