Just got some Jate Rings and a quick question..

yes the bolts should be fine go some on my disco and have pulled another one 90degrees without a problem cos the bolt is tight aganst the chassis not much strain is put on the bolt to bend it. hope this helps 8)

The strength (hardness) of the bolts is more important than the size, check to see if they have 8.8 on the bolts heads, if so they will be fine.

Any larger and they wouldn't fit through the chassis.

Where are you putting them Simon? Front or back?

they are stamped with 8.8 on the heads.



these are going on the back once the tow bar is off :)

also thinking of getting some for the front too.
