I have a question, well two actually, I recently bought some pro-comp X terrains which boasts a directional tread. Whats happens if you get in somewhere, it gets a bit hairy and you think forget this I'm going back, do you get any grip in reverse?

And the other which discocwk pointed out to me which side would you take as a spare?

In answer to the other question, I have used these equivalents a lot and never really had any trouble forward or reverse, you still get a good amount of grip

Although mine are the now defunct technic amazons, the tread is the same, only ever had one go on me in 3 years, and that was due to it going down slowly and me a bit late blowing it back up, finally it fell apart on the inside, although did not go down, just felt like the wheel was falling off

As for the noise level turn up the radio :lol:
