Rubber rear prop shaft coupling ?

Hi, was under the Discovery the other day greasing the UJ's and prop splines and noticed that the rubber rear prop shaft coupling was a bit tore up, so I ordered a coupling kit. It arrived today and comprises of the coupling, a bearing and three bolts with washers and nuts.
The coupling seems to be held in place with six bolts, three on the end of the prop and three on the flange of the diff output shaft, which ones do I renew?
Also I presumed that it'd just be a case of undoing bolts and inserting new coupling and bolting back up, the bearing suggests a bit more to it than that  
Anyone done one?
What's the bearing for?

No idea what the bearing's for, unless it's the bearing for the nose of the diff.
Normally I only buy the rubber bit and re-use the bolts.  :wink:

Range Rover Blues:
Is it a small round rubber lined bearing? if so it goes inside the end of the propshaft for the guide pin, when these wear no amount of new doughnuts will stop the vibration.

Steve ray:
the rubber 'donut' is a pain (esp on lifted motors) .... ditch it and fit a rear from from a 200Tdi (and change outpu flange on diff to 4 hole)

The other thing on a lifted motor is that you need a pair of UJs to cancel each other out
