Check tour primer and top coat are compatible, I have seen all sort of weird and wonderful things happen when enamel/cellulose/2 pack are used together :lol:

Ok fella's ive totally sanded the bumper down to bear metal once again cleaned up again.Ive re primed and top coated look's excellent now..

This time around i put the heater on in the garage.Im just wondering if the garage was to cold???

Heat your paint till it's warm and pre warm the bumper.

Spray your bumper and then a card board box or something.

Wait till your finger stops sliding across the paint on the box and becomes tacky.

Then apply your next coat of paint repeat till you get the final coat on and use 70% thinners on that one to really give mirror finish.
