Paint reaction

(1/2) > >>

Lincs niva:
Ok ive just made my new rear bumper from 3x3 box section look's good aswell.

Ive cleanded it all down with paint thinner's to remove any grease etc.
Put a nice covering of primer on let that dry for a couple of hours went to put a top coat of black on excellent no problems so far.Started on the second coat about 1 hour later which has now dryed only it's left a light covering of grease over the surface with white specs dotted all over it.

Im using the rattle can's you buy from the local motor factors..

Any ideas why it has reacted???????

Cheers Gav

Lincs niva:
Im quite sure we havent waxed or polished a car in there. However we have done quite alot of grinding and welding..

As far as im aware i removed all the thinner's prior to painting..

Im going to wet and dry it again tommorow clean up then see if it takes a coat of paint

Cheers Gav
