Andy im going to take the Rangie for a run this Sunday to Whitworth just to make sure there open on boxing day, if they are you live qiute near to Whitworth so if you pop down in the morning ill lend you my Landranger maps for the Peaks and Derbyshire they are both fully marked up with legal rights of way lanes and i could point you in the right direction for some craking lanes. Or better still ive got a hole route printed out that i bought from Road Routes.co.uk  You start in Hartington and finnish in Ashbourne. Its easy to follow, has grid refferances for every turn and discriptions of lane direction as you go. The route is quite easy to medium and takes you through some spectacular countryside. p.m me if you want to borrow the route or my maps. :D

Andy the Landy, if you read this tonight ill be at the quarry from 10 oclock sun morning. Only going for a run not going on site, saveing it for boxing day. Speak soon m8. :D

Theres a good river crossing in Tissington and Bakewell, shouldnt come in through doors just depends how much rain there has been. Ill be up for some laneing in the new year as well, bit scint at the moment. :)

Muky - cant make Whitworth this Sun and Boxing day is doubtful, but am still up for laneing at some point. Landy is going for M.O.T 3rd or 4th week of Jan and I'm not too sure if it will pass emissions test  so hoping to go out before the M.O.T

So are we on for the new year then?  If I don't plan something soon SWMBO will plan it for me.

I know that LQ is open 26/27 Dec.  SWMBO wouldn't let me work Boxing Day, and my mum wouldn't let me work 27th, already arranged family commintments.  (Hey, I'm thirty and I'm still scared of my mum!   )

To make up for it, I'm working 2/3 Jan if anybody is coming down to LQ then.  It'd be nice to meet some MC Folk.

Still need to get the rear axle fixed on the Disco though.

I'm off to play with the Nottingham Landrover club on the 28th but other than that would fancy some greenlaning in Derbyshire if anyone's up for it.
Any dates other than 25th/26th or New years eve are fine.
