Sliders fitted......

Finally got my Mill Services sliders fitted, they're still just plain galvanised at the mo, the truck is Bonatti Grey, I'm thinking that the sliders may look better painted black.........what do we think ?

Yeah I'm inclined to go the black route as they would look a bit more 'factory' and follow the line of the wheel arches better.

I'm still undecided - but veering towards black,

what's the best thing to paint on galv with, do you need special primer, or will hammerite go straight on ?

I also had in mind to stick some rubber on the top edge of the tree bar to act as a 'non-slip mat' type of thing......that would be black, so it looks like the sliders are going black too - but what would stick rubber to galvanised steel ?

They would look good black :D You could stick skateboard grip tape to the instead of the rubber :roll:
