I've read somewhere about some spring thingy on the doorlock that breaks after a while...I think mine's done it.

Are the symptoms a locked door that looks unlocked, but you need to lift the button about 5mm to get it to open?

Was there a Fleabay shop selling the right bit?

Ian, the cure is cheap as chips and not too difficult to do. the hardest bit is getting the darn lock out of the door!

I can show you where the spring goes as the broken bits often fall out and hard to know what to replace!

i appear to have that job to do as i have been playing with the passenger door on one of mine and it would appear to be the spring problem :roll: as the door is becoming more difficult to get open
