Storing your car...

I'm going to have to take my P reg Zuk 16V Vitara off the road till I have sold my other car (cannot afford insurance and tax on 3 vehicles :cry: )

Any Tips like...

Remove the Batt (I take it it wont hurt the electrics ECU etc)
Don't put the hand brake on,
Run her from time to time....

I've never had a car off the road for any length of time. and don't want it to go to pot.

I'll be keeping her out side and hopefully have her covered.

They sound like good ideas.

And the classic - Wedge the clutch pedal down, otherwise the clutch plate will stick to the flywheel. It can be a lot of fun trying to unstick it.

Stick it on axles stands to keep the pressure off the bearings.
SORN it, or you'll get a nasty letter and fine from the DVLA vampires. :evil:

Before you remove the battery make sure radio and alarm can be reset (codes) or buy a trickle charger  :wink:
