mine leaks in the slightest of rain ... the front sunroof leaks either out of the courtesy light and down the dash or from the handle and down my arm..

rear sunroof leaks from courtesy light and all over the back seat hence the coat thats always slung over the middle of the seats..  :twisted:

You have to give the dealer the oppurtunity to make good there mistakes before you can take to a third party & bill the dealer...I would take legal advise before doing the later.
I would have a courtesy car & hold onto it until you are satisfyed with your's...& negotiate a load of accessories for you vehicle for your inconvenience.
Also making a very loud phone call from the middle of there showroom to a friend or solicitor moaning about the service etc... gets you noticed & treated rather more seriously!  :twisted:
