That will be the rust inhibiting etch primer.

Don't know whether to paint it metallic gold! cos I've got 5 litres from a cancelled jag respray left over from years ago or plain black enamel.

Cheers H1 :D

That is really coming on well, mate! although in the interests of artistic spontaniety, all the wheels should really be on one side!

Who fancies buying me a RIB like this one?

I don't know who these lucky people are - i just found the picture on the interweb.

The Rib is a Rib-Eye - once made in Dartmouth now made in South Africa for the cheap labour.

The picture was taken just above Dittisham on the River Dart The house on the hill in the background is Sandridge House former home of Captain John Davis who gave his name to the Davis Straights in America.

From the wash the rib is probably exceeding the 6 knot river speed limit so I suspect it is a publicity photo which would mean the people in it don't own the boat and don't have a snowballs chance in hel of ever affording one.

Hope you enjoyed the useless trivia

Its an Osprey Vipermax mate, quality boat.

Correct. Vipermax 6.5 with a 150hp mariner optimax. Owned and driven by a bloke called Mollers. I'll tell him you like his boat
