Anybody in the catering trade?

I've always found the victorinox range to be the best value for money.. still on my same set after 6 1/2 years of hard graft :D they do look like they are well used with some of the blades half what they used to be, but still sharpen up well and hold there edge for ages.
Cant get on with globals and sabatiers myself

I always used "Global" range, A tad expensive( no -- there bloomong expensive) But worth every penny

am a chef (or was for a long time ) try swibo not to cheao but last a long time had mine for about 10 years (with a lot of use)

but for us mere mortals I've always had good service from Victorinox.

As stated above Sabatier are fantastic. Don't dishwasher them though.
I also use Victorinox (the Swiss Army Knife Co.) who do a brilliant kitchen range.
