Glad you found some one at Orange to talk to.
I usually spend 10 mins getting through the menu, just to be told that all the people are busy and if I hang on for nn minutes they will talk to me.

Normally this is around 20 mins but has been over an hour.  That's why I swapped to T Mobile.
