Well earlier this evening i had a pleasant experience from Orange, the mobile phone operator.

I had been trying to for a while to connect my Mac Powerbook G4 to the internet via bluetooth and the GPRS on my Sony Ericsson W810i.

So i phoned orange and they actually had someone there to talk me through the whole process, from the Mac end,not the mobile phone end!

So well done orange, you have made the internet no longer safe from me when am on National Express!!! muahuahuahuahuahua

I have been with Orange for many years and have always found their tech support excellent! And it's not just for their phones - I needed help connecting my PDA to the Internet via my phone and they helped me set up both :)

I'm with Gords on this one-i rang Orange support last week because i was having problems with my SPV/Satnav and the bloke explained what i needed to do and actually talked me through it,hats off to them.
