Wot no low box !!!
« on: May 11, 2007, 06:41:07 »
I was looking at a P reg 2.5 DT Range Rover today and noticed it didnt have a high / low diff lock  selection lever as per Disco,s & Defenders.
I thought all of them were similar with the low box set up.
Surely a RR has to have a low box selection ??
Answers  on a postcard please .

Was it a H gate selector?
The RR went onto a H gate for the auto bax where you move the main lever to the left to go into low box. No Difflock of course as it has the viscous Diff.

And you can only go high to low in neutral.
