Budgie:
For the engine oil leak, try the rocker cover gasket as the back of the engine near the bulkhead. It runs down the back of the engine and shows itself where you have the leak.  :wink:

Check the PAS connections under the reservoir and make sure they are tight, also do the same on the PAS pump. Sometimes the jubilee clips come loose and the fluid escapes that way.

On the swivel, if you don't want to change the seals then drain the oil from the swivel and refill with swivel grease, it's a on-shot grease that Land Rover now put in the swivels and is thicker than EP90 so doesn't leak as much if the seals have gone.  :wink:
Part No: STC3435 and it's about £6 to £7 a side.
