My ISP when I changed over took money they shouldn't have. I phoned them and they said they were not going to give the money back. I phoned the bank who immediately refunded the money. The ISP did refund the money about 2 months later at which point the bank wrote to say they would take that money back as they had refunded me. Phone the bank ............ there will be no waiting till the 18th with them!

if they have wrongly taken funds under the direct debit scheme, you are entitled to an immediate refund under the indemnity guarantee scheme. suggest a call to your bank on Monday. Do not take no for an answer.
Personally only had great dealling with Adrian Flux, but I guess things can go wrong occassionaly.

i have never found a decent insurance company who wont try and stiff you out of at least some money.

Tell them you will talk to watchdog about them we did with our phone line supplier[talk talk,a**e holes]and they jumped right to it.
