A specialist dealer. I got mine from AJS 4x4 in Surrey.
Let us know where you are and hopefully someone can give you a local supplier.

Depends what you want from your tyres really . . . be it mileage or off-road performance.
I've known a few running Khumo and whilst they are a good all rounder . . . . when the chips are down, they don't cut the mustard with 'proper' stuff. . . . . much like BFG's really
But hey . . . . . horses for courses

Agreed. BFG's for me every time.

Got to agree with the comments on here, BFG's excellent all rounder but it's a mud tyre not what you would describe as an extreme mud tyre. I run 235/85 grizzly's and they are an excellent budget tyre, the massive shoulder lugs are great in the mud, just be careful with your arches they will hit on full articulation. As for on the road noisy and twitchy in the wet. It comes down to whether you want to go fast on the road or just about anywhere in the mud.
If you look in my gallery (sorry no idea how to post pics) you can see how a 235/85 Bronco sits in a standard arch before it was cut compared to the standard tyre that is still on the front, quite a difference!
