Mud Tyres

seabo:
Fed up of doing Torvill and Dean impressions at trials so going for mud tyres = 265/75 x 16s - but do not want to spend a fortune

But Grizly Claws v Anacondas???

Are Grizzly Claws really worth an extra 100 quid for a full set?

Or is there something else?

Dr Neil:
is this for a purely of road vehicle as i think the anaconda's are NOT road legal and the Grizzly Claws aren't speed rated.Someone on here will put a link up to a tyre report about the Grizzly's.

not wishing to put a damper on things but i thought you should know.

Having said that i had a pair of Grizzly's on the back of my series 3 (so speed rating wasn't such an issue) and when they were off road they were great.

BFG MT - yes they are more expensive but you cant beat them as an all round tyre.

Am considering a set of Kumho muds, they are £25 cheaper than the BFG's and from what I gather have good  road manners.
Discuss.......... :)
