I totally agree with what he is saying. Saying that, I've seen a lot of Pinzgaeurs (think that the right spelling) in British army use at the moment. They are quite good apparently

BTW, the yanks laugh so hard at Land Rover Defenders that they bought loads of them.

They survived in Northern Ireland for years.

And the reason they don'r fit 3.9s is that Petrol is a bl***y silly idea in a fighting vehicle.  The TDi Wolfs are quite quick though I'm told.
