Freewheeling Hubs

Have found a Jap built Vitara LWB with freewheeling hubs.

Will these fit my Santana SWB, and if they do how much of a pain is it to remove them and fit them. What bits do I need to be looking out for?
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.
