Rear Trailing arms

I am changing the bushes on these

If i support the Axle on on axle stands Can I remove both Arms together or is it better to do one at a time???

you would want to support the chassis to take the weight off rather than the axle

Yes, what they said.

You can do both but you must support he car by the chassis.  I did mine one at a time, with a 4 hour trip to hospikal in the middle :roll:

i did mine without jacking the car up or supporting it in any way - just one arm at a time. then rocked the car back and forth to get the holes lined up to get it back in. didnt take long at all.    same with the front
