Disco TD5.....Wading

How deep have you plunged youre TD5 , Im snorkled up but have only risked 3/4 ft of water , what have you done to protect, waterproof the ECU and any other electrics, .......I usually like the water to the bottom of the screen  :shock:  but have dared go that deep yet any info, stories appreciated...

Not had mine any deeper than bow wave over the bonnet, even with the snorkel fitted.  I've heard a couple of people talking about loom kits to relocate the ecu inside the cab, but I've not seen it done.

Spoke to Simon , Daz, ta, you can buy the leads to move the ecu, at worst the ecu could go in a ventilated  ish bag , I was hoping to obtain any other info.......about owt else that dies aswell as any mods to water proof the the ecu..
