Any one been caught with the dodgy fuel?

It's a non-issue, because these vehicles aren't going to run in 3rd world countries. We passed a broken down Nissan Something in Morocco which didn't like the fuel, but everybody else was perfectly happy because they were driving around in old battered cars.
Up until recently, Land Rover were making as many 300Tdi Defenders as TD5s, for the export markets which demand simple, reliable engines and don't care about emissions.
