Power fold mirrors

Hi, I am looking to fit a nice pair of powerfold mirrors to my 03 D2, The ones I have on now are heated and electric but I'm not sure if all the electrics are in place to accept the power folds.

Has anyone ever done this or knows whats involved.

Mine has manual power fold.

You push the control down and it manually folds them back do the same and it happens again.

It is an 01 XS, so I would imagine that anything newer and same spec or higher would have at least the same functionality.

Moneypit, I have tried that but nothing happens, maybe something is broken, I will look into that first and if I cant find anything wrong then I will just assume that my D2 did not come out with power fold mirrors, thanks again

According to Rave, the power fold mirrors function is controlled by a separate ECU located behind the passenger side kick panel.

Might be worth checking that this is present?  What spec is your D2?

Hi DarrenG, mine is only the S which is the bottom of the range(I think).
I will have a look in the passenger side footwell and let you guys know, thanks again.

BTW stonking motor you have!
