Lifting a Defender

Has any one put in spring spacers on a Defender and if so are the spacers the same size as the ones used for Disco's and Range Rovers.
I assume they are but you know the saying about assuming........

You make an ASS out of U and ME..

If they are not the same has anyone got dimensions, or even better I will make someone a set just for the dimensions..... :shock:

Hi Wizard, Russ in Aberdare (red V8 Discovery at the off-road day in Neath) has recently bought a 90. I'm sure he will get the measuring tape out if you ask him nicely. But I'm 99% sure the spring seats are the same.
