235 75 176mm wall
235 85 199mm wall
gives 24mm  taller wall depending on tread paterns / tyre types
overall height will be 48mm.
so hows that half inch lifted?

i think guardian is right here, smo :) inch taller sidewall will lift the axle and rest of it by an inch.

(In my defence its been a long day....not much of an excuse for being thick tho!)
