hi guys new to the world of landys
ive got a 4 speed autobox and need a flexy plate for it will a 3 speed version be the same? if not were can i get one for the 4 speed fairly cheap??

Trawl the breakers on E-Bay, there are 4 or 5 good ones who always have RRC in peices.  I don't think the 3 speed will be the same but I would assume not if you are paying for bits.
