What would people recommend...

I am looking to replace my standard defender bumper..

I don't off-road enough to go for a winch bumper but I do like some of  the tubular ones.

I need one that I can jack on, and one that has recovery points.

Any suggestions welcome.

First Four off road does a decent HD bumper for about 130-140 IIRC.

Cheers

Hi, i recently upgraded my bumper (REBBEL), i used a tubular winch bumper but placed two large lights where the winch would go. looks the part and who needs a winch, when all those around you have one, plus i don't get stuck. can't find any photos but will post some if you want.

How about a military bumper?

Probably not a lot of money from the various ex-mil suppliers.

Can't rightly remember now.  It was part of a larger purchase so we were able to negotiate a little.

Speak to Kevin at scorpion Racing it's one of theirs.

Mad Mik,

That bumper from Rebel looks great as well but I don`t want the winch one. Can only see the winch bumper on the rebel site.

Thanks all for replying and posting pictures. My favourite so far is the Scorpion one but not sure if I can justify that amount of money...

May go for the GORP....we`ll see..........

Sometimes you get what you pay for. The scorpion one is expensive, but i have to say the quality of this item is superb.
