chris.hunt22:
I am trying to help our groups GLASS rep out here, please check what other people have put so not to duplicate but I need to know the wheelbases, lengths, widths and weights of all 4x4 models that would use greenlanes to try and help keep one open, If you could put for example DISCOVERY SERIES 2 in the subject then it would be easier to see what has been done.  Thanks in advance!!  Chris :)

Range Rover Blues:
RRC 100 inch
RRC LSE and P38 108 inch

Defender 90, about 92 1/2" IIRC
101, as the name suggests, likewise the 109,88,110 etc.

Defeder 130 about 127 inches.

Not sure about the track but they are all the same, well all coilers are anyway.

Just as a guide, my RRC is about 2 inches wider than my nissan Micra.

Defender:
I've finally registered for the forum. :D
Thanks Chris for starting this thread.  All info will be useful.
I've been at a meeting today with the Lake District National Park regarding the Permit TRO system in operation on Gatescarth Pass. There will be changes as of 1st April 2007.
There will be a maximum wheelbase limit of 100 inch which will be part of the TRO schedule as it has been noted that longer wheelbase vehicles are struggling on this route without causing damage to the terrain.
The Guidlines for permit holders will also be re-written.
We still need vehicle info though. Only vehicle wheelbase info will be needed along with make/model & year.

I will post more details about this subject in the near future.
